Thai Peanut Noodle Kit

Bring a pot of water to a rapid boil, add noodles and reduce to a simmer. Cook noodles for 5-7 minutes. While the noodles are cooking, heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil or butter of your choosing. Sear chicken or tofu on both sides to heat through, add one tablespoon of water and cover with a lid to lightly steam the chicken or tofu. Once water has evaporated, remove from the pan and set aside. Once your noodles are done, strain water and place noodles in a bowl. Pour peanut sauce over the top and garnish with herbs, fresh peppers, cucumber, chicken or tofu and crushed peanuts. Finish with a squeeze of lime and enjoy.

Carnitas Fajita Taco Kit

Heat a large cast-iron pan over high heat, add a little oil and allow to coat the entire pan. Once the oil is hot, add in your fajita veggies (and your carnitas). Stir around quickly and then let sear on one side for a minute or so and repeat until veggies are tender and have a nice caramelized color. Add fajita seasoning and stir to coat the veggies completely. Then add the whipped cilantro lime butter and stir to incorporate. Once the butter has melted, turn off the heat and squeeze lime over the top. Warm tortillas through and serve with the fajitas and cilantro.

Preheat Oven to 350. In an oven safe dish, add mashed potatoes to the one side and place loaf to the other side. Cover and bake for 15 minutes until heated through, remove from the lid turn oven to broil. Finish baking for 5-8 minutes or until you get a little color on the top of the loaf and potatoes. Separately warm mushrooms gravy to a light simmer. Remove Turkey Loaf and Mashed Potatoes from oven, plate with Mushroom Gravy and enjoy!
