Change Membership Tiers
When you receive the reminder for ordering click it to open the store page:
1. Build your cart and continue to checkout
2. Once you are on the payment page, select the menu tab in the upper right hand corner
3. Select the tab with the name associated with your profile
4. Scroll down to the “Membership” box
5. To the right of your membership tier, select “Change”
6. From here, you can select whichever tier you would like!

Edit Your Payment Method
When you receive the reminder for ordering, follow the link to our store:
1. Build your cart
2. Click continue to checkout
3. On the checkout page, scroll down to the payment button
4. Select "use alternate payment method"
5. Enter your new payment method
6. Complete your order

Purchase a Gift Card
1. Follow the “Let’s Eat” tab at the top right hand corner of our website page
2. Select the “Golden Roots Gift Card” store
3. Choose your gift card quantity and proceed to checkout
4. Complete payment
5. In the top right hand corner of the page, select the “three bars” and go to your profile, if you do not have a profile you will need to create one
6.Scroll all the way down to the bottom to view your access code
7. From here, you can send this code to your desired recipient

Want to Unsubscribe to GRK?
When you receive the reminder for ordering, follow the link to our store:
1. Select the “three bars” in the upper right hand corner of the page
2. Scroll down until you reach the “Membership” box
3. Select “change” and make your selection to unsubscribe
4. Now, you will no longer be enrolled in automatic messaging

Members: Pausing Your Account
Going out of town or need to pause your subscription for a certain amount of time? Feel free to text us at 831.498.1203 and we will manually pause your account.
*A La Carte clients do not need to pause

Members: How to Skip a Service Week
When you receive the reminder for ordering, follow the link to our store:
1. At the top of the page, under the menu date, you will find a button that says “skip”
2. Select the “skip” button
3. The page will automatically refresh and your order will be skipped for one week
4. If you need to pause your account, this can also be done simply by changing tiers until you are ready for subscription service again
*A La Carte Clients do not need to skip a service week
