GRK JAR RETURN POLICY

We strive to reduce waste where we can- your participation in our jar return program is key to achieving this goal!

Prices for items packaged in jars include a $1 deposit fee.

When you are ready to return your jar, simply remove the label from the lid and wash thoroughly.

For every clean GRK jar with a label-free lid you bring back, we'll return your deposit in account credit towards your next purchase.

Jars that are not returned clean or that are missing lids are not eligible for credit. (All returned jars are sanitized upon receipt but if they require soaking and scrubbing we can’t offer credit.)

Items that are not packaged in jars are packed in compostable plastic boxes made from plants. While these containers can’t be recycled in Santa Cruz county they do breakdown in the trash far faster than plastic.

We also welcome back delivery bags and boxes in good condition for reuse.

We are always looking for new products to help minimize our footprint and live in harmony with nature. Thankfully products, systems and attitudes are changing to help us do so. We are proud to live in a community that cares for its environment and welcome any conversation that might improve our process and help us protect life on this beautiful planet.
