Shiitake Miso Ramen with Baby Bok Choy and Fresh Herbs

Best within five days or freeze. Fill a small pot up 3/4 of the way and bring water to a boil. White waiting for that water, empty contents of ramen into another pot and heat over medium. Once the pot with water comes to a boil, add in brown rice noodles and lower to a simmer. Cook for 6 minutes and then drain noodles, reserving a little bit of the warm water to add to the ramen for a brothier soup if desired.
