Chicken Marsala with Garlicky Mashed Potatoes

Preheat Oven to 400. In an oven safe dish, add mashes potatoes to one side and place chicken breast on the other. Cover and bake for 15- 20 minutes until heated through. Remove green onion from packaging and pour stewed black eyed peas into a small pot and bring to a simmer. In another pot, add a little butter or oil of your choice and cook the andouille sausage for a few minutes, stirring frequently until warmed through and a little crisp on the outside. Add the rice in with the andouille sausage and a tablespoon of water and cook, stirring frequently until warmed through. Remove rice and andouille to a plate or bowl, top with stewed black eyed peas and garnish with green onion.
