In a pan over medium heat, add a little oil or butter of your choice. Once the pan is hot, add carnitas or mushroom mixture and sear on one side for a few minutes (or longer if you want a good crispy sear). Then stir and cook for a couple more minutes until hot. For Turkey Stirfry: In a saute pan over medium heat, add a touch of oil or butter of your choice. Add turkey and saute for four to five minutes until turkey is heated through, then add the sauce and raise to high heat. Quickly saute over high heat and then take off the heat.
